Begin with a hearty root vegetable tartare with charred scallion oil. Your entrée is seared scallops with kohlrabi purée and sea buckthorn foam. This is served with local beef, smoked jus and seasonal vegetables. For dessert, enjoy a smooth serving of chocolate crémeux with blueberry caviar. Each course was excellent and more than met our expectations. We were impressed with her professionalism and how she plated and served the food. After each course was delivered and a reasonable time had passed she would check on how we were enjoying it and we always gave her a very positive response. She left the kitchen spotless.
