Bring the flavors of Italy to you in this hands-on private chef experience. Chef Justin will craft an unforgettable meal featuring decadent Italian cuisine.

To begin the meal, enjoy cured trout on top of crispy pasta topped with capers, pickled onions and a drizzle of lemon aioli. Next, a refreshing panzanella salad on focaccia topped with pickled fennel, arugula and Grana Padano with a pear vinaigrette. Enjoy a savory ossobuco with gremolata served with saffron risotto for the main course. Decadent panna cotta with seasonal berries serves as dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
