Private Chef - Spiced Enchantment

Beloved natural spices from India season this regional gourmet meal.

The aromatic essences that make this regional cuisine so unique come to life in your own dining room courtesy of Chef Madan in this global private chef experience. He'll share his knowledge of the culinary culture of India while offering an array of authentic dishes.

To start the venture, assorted vegetable pakoras with green chutney to get your palate excited. The centerpiece, a chicken curry with turmeric pilaf and folded paratha will define the menu. Finish with a refreshing and indulgent treat of a silky royal pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Assorted Vegetable Pakora With Green Chutney

With rice, milk, sugar, rose water and nuts for garnish

Madan is my favorite chef or teacher for me. He teaches me many dishes. My favourite is fruit chat, palak paneer, folded paratha and white roce and sheviya. He is very polite and friendly when it comes to teaching. Thank you, Madan. I Suggest everyone to learn from him he is best???
