Chef Luis invites you to enjoy the bold flavors of authentic Mexican food in this private chef experience. Dip tortilla chips into guacamole and salsa before enjoying shrimp aguachile. The star dish of the menu is the Yucatán-style poc chuc — a tender pork flank steak marinated in orange juice and herbs and served with roasted tomatoes. Leave room for creamy arroz con leche for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
