Indulge in French fare with Chef Jeffrey, who will create a spread of classics that exude rustic sophistication. A traditional salad Lyonnaise, composed of bitter frisée with lardons and mustard vinaigrette, opens your meal. Chef Jeffrey will then pan-sear steak to perfection, topping it with creamy mushroom and tarragon sauce. End with a luscious crème brûlée drizzled in strawberry compote.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Jeffrey is a successful chef who has been honing his culinary craft for many years, earning his chef training at George Brown College. He has been working in and overseeing kitchens since 2005, and was a flourishing private chef in the Cayman Islands before returning to Canada to launch a private chef and catering company. Chef Jeffrey, who leads culinary seminars and competitions, can't wait to inspire others with his innovative cuisine.
