WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Indulge in an Italian feast filled with rustic, home-cooked flavors.
In this private chef experience, Chef Jeffrey will prepare a casual yet elegant Italian spread for you to enjoy at home. Begin with a refreshing orange and fennel salad topped with candied walnuts and pickled shallots. Then, Chef Jeffrey will serve hand-cut pappardelle with meatballs and a side of caramelized onions roasted in a sweet-tart sauce. End your culinary journey by indulging in a Sicilian classic: Crisp cannoli filled with sweet ricotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With greens, pickled shallots, candied walnuts, and herb citrus vinaigrette
Homemade Pappardelle Pasta and Sunday Meatballs
With fennel sausage, wild mushrooms, pecorino, mixed greens, herbs, pork, beef, veal, San Marzano tomatoes, basil and garlic crostini

With roasted onions, fresh basil and sweet and sour sauce

We had a wonderful evening with a private dinner for two by Chef Jeffrey R. First, the food was amazing. Jeff is the real deal. Like wow. Second, Jeff hosted us in our own home, and made the experience excellent. Third, Jeff is so full of culinary knowledge it blew our minds. Could have spent hours more listening to his advice and stories. Lastly, Jeff is a really good, down-to-earth, humble guy -- someone you can have a beer with. We loved it and we loved Jeff. Highly, highly recommend for couples and families looking for a great meal from a very pleasant and skilled chef.
