Chef Ciocchino mastered the catering business while working as the Senior Production Assistant in the Ted Rogers kitchen at Ryerson University in Toronto. Prior to this, he worked at Portico Restaurant & Bar at the Cambridge Suites Hotel and was nominated for the Culinary Ambassador of the Year award in 2015. Chef CiocchinoĐ²Đ‚â„¢s cooking focuses on fresh food sources and he currently teaches culinary classes.

Giocchino is a great chef who will not disappoint. His knowledge of food and culinary skill shine through his food. He is full of charisma and very passionate about his craft. I would highly recommend Giocchino if youĐ²Đ‚â„¢re looking for a good meal full of laughs, good company, and great food.

I've had Gio's cooking on several occasions, and every single time I was impressed. Having him as a private chef is a great experience because not only is the food always delicious, but he is also naturally charismatic, accommodating, and a great person to be around. I would highly definitely recommend his services to anyone I know, and I look forward to experiencing his dishes in the future.

Gio was nothing but a 5-star experience! From picking high quality ingredients at the grocery store to breaking down each step and answering any questions during the cooking class, it was a fun and collaborative experience. I would highly recommend Gio to any friends or family looking to take a looking class to expand their knowledge of dishes. It was first time booking a class with Gio and it definitely won't be my last!
