Chef Charlene has created a tantalizing menu of Southern favorites made with plant-based ingredients for this private chef experience. Begin your meal with crunchy deep fried okra paired with a lemon dill aioli. For the main course, Chef Charlene will make hot honey fried oyster mushrooms with cheesy pimento cheese grits and tender collard greens. For dessert, enjoy a fresh peach cobbler with coconut whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

I booked Charlene for my fiance's and my 6 year anniversary. To say this was the best cooking class I've ever taken would be an understatement! Charlene was super fun, informative, accommodating, and all around professional. The 3 vegan pastas we made chock-full of flavour too. I would recommend Charlene if you are looking for great food and experience!
