For this private chef experience, Chef Eranga has prepared a stunning menu of flavorful Sri Lankan dishes for you to enjoy. First, try a slow-braised mutton roll with tangy pepper ketchup. Then, enjoy beet and kale mallung, thinly shredded and cooked with coconut and aromatics. For the main dish, you'll have chicken curry, slow braised and cooked in coconut cream and Sri Lankan spices. For dessert, enjoy watalappan, a coconut custard with nuts and warm spices.

Chef ErangaĐ²Đ‚â„¢s passion for food began at a young age and has since blossomed into a successful career in the culinary industry. In 2015, he earned the position of Chef de Cuisine at a prestigious cocktail bar and restaurant located in the heart of Toronto, and also participated in the 2015 Canadian Culinary Olympics. He began his own catering business in 2020 and he now delights in serving delicious food to a wide variety of people.
