Let me start by saying Chef Mo was so polite, knowledgeable, experienced, well presented in both himself and food presentationâ€¦he was extremely accommodating and I would highly v recommend him to anyone wanting an intimate experience and conversation! The food was so tasty and being in an Italian family , I know how to make most of what he did but his version was just so delicious!! Even my husband who is Italian was very impressed.
