WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the colorful flavors of Mexican brunch with chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, esquites and churro French toast.

Start the cooking class with mini esquites tostados topped with sweet corn, lime cream and cotija cheese, followed by chilaquiles verdes with crispy corn chips, beans, cream, pickled onion, avocado and tomatillo salsa. Next, you’ll make huevos rancheros served on crisp tostadas with beans and ranchero salsa. For dessert, prepare churro-style French toast with brioche, cinnamon sugar and fresh berries.

 

Throughout the class, you’ll learn how to prepare each dish from scratch and combine familiar brunch favorites with Mexican ingredients and techniques. By the end, you’ll leave with new recipes, practical cooking skills and ideas for your next brunch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
