Learn to make authentic pizza from scratch in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Steve. From mixing and proving the dough to building a traditional sauce, this session covers the fundamentals that turn simple ingredients into a genuinely great homemade pizza.
You'll start by assembling a fresh Caprese salad with fior di latte and basil before moving into the main event – preparing your own dough, sauce and toppings and baking your pizza to a blistered, golden finish. Had an amazing experience with Steve. The food was honestly incredible, and you could tell right away that he really cares about what he’s doing. Everything tasted fresh, was cooked perfectly, and the presentation was awesome.
