WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn the foundations of pastry making that every home baker should know.
This interactive, pastry-making cooking class with Chef Beca is focused on techniques and skills-building. You'll craft a variety of sweet and savory creations from scratch and by the end of class, have the confidence to master these treats at home.

Start by preparing tart dough in a food processor and then craft a sweet and citrusy lemon curd tart. For the main event, you'll assemble a mouthwatering goat cheese tart with herb-roasted mushrooms, oozing with fresh cheese and flavor. Finish with a classic puff pastry and enjoy tasting everything you crafted. Register your spot today!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
