Kick things off with a vibrant strawberry and walnut salad that’s bursting with freshness. Then, learn to spatchcock and marinade chicken in a bold Piri Piri sauce that’s quintessentially Portuguese. This is paired with sides of street corn and cornbread, classic Southern comfort staples given a fresh twist with a Latin marinade.
