In this practical cooking class, you’ll join Chef Michael B to discover innovative cooking techniques and develop the skills to showcase both classic and modern dishes and flavors.
Starting with an appetizer of garlic shrimp skewers, you’ll learn the secrets to grilling seafood to perfection. Then, you’ll improve your chopping and roasting skills by preparing beef tartare and a chicken supreme paired with garlic mash. Finally, you’ll pick up a few pastry techniques as you make chocolate mousse and macarons with macerated berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
