Designed for experienced pasta-makers who want to take their skills to new heights, this cooking class, led by the talented Chef Luca, is the ultimate celebration of Italian cooking. Roll up your sleeves and prepare to never look back to store-bought pasta again.

You'll start by preparing a classic appetizer of poached eggs and asparagus, followed by casoncelli pasta from Bergamo with brown butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano. Potato purГ©e with handmade fried pasta is next on the menu. While a decadent zabaione with cinnamon biscuits makes for a memorable dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
