What You’ll Do

Craft a traditional menu of French favorites completely from scratch.

Enjoy gourmet flavors and learn the secrets of French cuisine in this engaging cooking class. Chef Jacques will lead you through a menu of four traditional dishes beloved in France.

To begin, you'll make a French onion soup — soupe à l'oignon — elevated with creamy melted gruyère and toasted baguettes. Next, braise chicken in rich red wine, savory mushrooms, onions and bacon, and whip up silky smooth potatoes with plenty of butter for your side dish. Finish by making a decadent crème brûlée for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
