What You’ll Do

Prepare traditional Italian dishes filled with vibrant, authentic flavors.

Learn how to create classic Italian dishes bursting with stunning flavor in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jacques will lead you through the techniques and recipes for three tantalizing courses.

To begin the class, you'll make a fresh caprese salad featuring fresh buffalo mozzarella and confit tomatoes topped with fragrant basil. Next, make a luxurious mushroom sauce with truffle to top homemade tagliatelle pasta along with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and a side of crispy garlic bread with rosemary. Finish by making a coffee-infused tiramisu for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The cooking class with Chef Jacques was absolute delight. The combination of the zesty lemon, the velvety bГ©chamel sauce, and the perfectly cooked salmon was a match made in culinary heaven. The flavors complemented each other beautifully, resulting in a dish that was both sophisticated and comforting.
