Cooking Class - Authentic French Cooking

My boyfriend booked this class for my birthday and we both loved it! The menu was outstanding and I really enjoyed Jeffrey's attention to detail when talking about each food item. We learned so much and will remember this experience for a long time!

Booked as an Anniversary present, Jeff had a great attitude and made us both feel very comfortable. All dishes and ingredients were explained throughly and even some alternatives to recreate dishes on a budget or with easy to find ingredients. Involved us in the process teaching us knife skills along the way, and other skills. Jeff also provided a wornderful dining expirience, serving our dishes and cleaning up in between courses, never failing to top off our wine glasses, and jaming to some classic 2000s music in the background. Truly a wonderfull expirence that we will do again. Worth every penny. Je

We had an incredible experience with Chef Jeffrey as our private chef. The food was outstanding, especially the steak and the interactive cooking made it even more enjoyable. Chef Jeffrey was professional, knowledgeable, and made the evening feel special. Highly recommend for a unique dining experience!

I booked this class for my husbands birthday, and it was amazing. SO much better than going out for dinner, it was more of an experience and so unique. Jeffrey did an amazing job making us feel comfortable while still articulating all the instructions for the class. We had a really lovely and memorable evening.

Our cooking and dining experience with Chef Jeff was outstanding! My husband likes to cook and I thought a cooking lesson would be a perfect bday gift for him. It exceeded my expectations. Chef was fully prepared, organized and neat. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand…and the food was delicious. What made this so memorable? Chef is friendly and genuine. It was like having a friend over for a visit. Well worth it!!! Thank you for such a lovely evening.

This cozy meal experience was for both of my parents. They absolutely loved it! They said it exceeded all of their expectations, and they were particularly pleased with how great the chef Jeffrey was. They found him to be very personable, professional, and he really made it an incredible experience for them, going the extra mile to make it a memorable experience for them. I’m so glad they had such a fantastic experience! I would highly recommend it to my friends.

Jeffrey was really amazing ! Explained very well everything. The steak was very small, half of a small steak. per person. For the price I’d expect a full steak each. We still enjoyed the experience.

We cooked an amazingly delicious beef tartar , devine steak and for desert we had the best cheese cake I ever tried

Chef Jeffrey was an amazing host and teacher throughout the whole experience! We had the best time learning how to properly cook some of our favourite meals and he showed us tips that I'll use every time I cook from now on. Thank you Chef and looking forward to have you over again!

Chef Jeff was an amazing vibe - we loved every second of this experience. Jeff came so prepared - and full of knowledge. He explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand - and his prep ahead of time made sure everything flowed so seamlessly. The food was also amazing - both my partner and I agree it was one of the best meals (if not the best) we've ever had! We learned so much and had such an amazing time. Chef Jeff was such a pleasure to talk to and made the night amazing! Couldn't recommend this more!! 10/10!

Chef Jeffrey was amazing to work with. Communication was very smooth, and he was so accommodating and flexible in the planning process. Chef Jeff had no problem catering to special dietary requirements and prepared a tasty Italian meal with his own flair. The food was tasty and the portions were just right. I'd highly recommend booking with Chef Jeffrey - I'm glad I did.

Jeff was punctual, professional, and very personable! The food was very well thought through and so delicious! The the Japanese cheesecake for dessert was to die for! Highly recommend Jeff for your next event or date night in!
