Learn that all of your favorite Mexican dishes can still be enjoyed as plant based and grain free.

Learn how to turn Taco Tuesday into a healthy event in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sofia. She'll change your life with easy grain-free and dairy-free variations of your favorite Mexican dishes.

Start off with classic guacamole and grain-free tortilla chips. Then, assemble your very own homemade tacos with made-from-scratch taco shells, in addition to a flavorful and colorful black bean and corn salad. To finish, make a dairy-free version of decadent tres leches cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

At just 13 years old, she completed her first culinary course at the Culinary Arts School of Ontario, marking the start of her official culinary career. She also boasts an extensive background in restaurant management. Now, she is eager to share her culinary and industry expertise with budding chefs and restaurateurs.
