Join Chef Matt for this interactive cooking class where he teaches you to make a four-course Italian dinner. You'll learn techniques for preparing Italian fare, as well as professional tips for cooking in general.

Begin with a simple bread salad with crushed tomatoes and fresh basil. Follow that up by preparing creamy butternut squash risotto topped with whipped mascarpone. For the main dish, make chicken saltimbocca, a great Italian classic, and pair it with chili and garlic-fried rapini. Seasonal blood oranges make a refreshing sorbet to finish your meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Matt was amazing. Not only did he adapt his menu for us, but he taught us so much, shared his amazing experiences, and created such a warm and welcoming environment. The food was absolutely incredible. This was a night that we will never forget! I would highly recommend doing a class with him!
