Create a colorful Lebanese mezze spread completely from scratch with Chef Vinutha.

Explore a selection of Lebanese appetizers in this introduction cooking class to a vibrant cuisine. Brimming with texture, color and flavor, the dishes form a spectacular feast featuring bold ingredients from the region.

A classic monk salad combines eggplant with fruit and herbs for a dazzling starter, then learn how to form perfectly crisp Lebanese cheese rolls called rakakat. Next, you'll pan sear halloumi cheese accompanied by a mixture of herbs and vegetables. Finish with a sticky, sweet baklava layered with nuts and scented with rose and orange blossom water.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vinutha is friendly, knowledgeable, and a generous hostess and Chef. My adult daughter and I had a great afternoon and loved all four recipes we made! Bring your appetite, it’s delicious!!
