Get the full sushi-making experience with Chef Wone Hung Jack in this hands-on cooking class. From filleting fresh fish to making the perfect sushi rice, you'll practice professional techniques for a variety of sushi styles.

Begin by learning the intricacies of preparing raw sashimi and nigiri as you slice salmon and tuna, then master the art of an inside-out avocado roll. Next, add some flair to your sushi repertoire by rolling a spicy tuna sushi cone, known as temaki. To top off your sushi lesson, add maple to custardy pots de crГЁme for a sweet twist on dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
