Learn how to create four of Italy's most famous dishes from scratch with Chef Spencer.
Italian cuisine is characterized by its simple yet thoughtful recipes and execution. Experience the art of Italian cooking for yourself in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Spencer.
Over four courses, he will teach you how to prepare traditional dishes, starting with a fresh caprese salad followed by herb-infused vegetarian arancini. For your main course, learn how to make pasta completely from scratch served with a classic carbonara sauce. Finally, end the meal with an authentic Italian custard with berries and citrus.
