What You’ll Do

Create a decadent four-course French meal in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Spencer.

French cuisine is often perceived as intimidating, but it shouldn't be. With the expert guidance of Chef Spencer, you will learn how to create four authentic dishes inspired by the flavors of France, and demystify the country's cuisine along the way.

Start by making a simple but delicious French onion soup, followed by a multi-textural salad of roasted fennel, pickled apples and dill. Your main course will be a roasted duck breast and potatoes with homemade sauce. For dessert, learn how to prepare a classic peach melba with raspberry and passion fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Spencer took me back home to Italy and my Nona's cooking with his food. Everything was top notch and I it was all easy enough that I could pull this off at home as well on my own with his instructions. I can't even pick a favourite, because everything was honestly that good.
