WHAT YOU’LL DO
Treat yourself to the incredibly filling flavors of these handmade Southern Italian pastas.
Known for their lively flavors, many different types of pasta from Southern Italy have grown into worldwide favorites. In this hands-on class with Chef Joseph, you'll learn how to make pasta without using a pasta machine, as well as how to prepare sauces, vegetables, and sea bream from scratch.
Begin with freshly rolled ravioli filled with sea bream and zucchini. Next, you'll prepare busiate alla trapanese, a popular Sicilian pasta dish served with a tomato and almond sauce. For dessert, you'll make a delicate strawberry tiramisu with ladyfingers and mascarpone.

To start with, wanted to thank Chef Joseph for being extra flexible and accommodating - due to different circumstances we managed to change the format, date and time of our class with him, and he was very helpful. The class experience was great, we learned a lot of different tips and tricks about pasta and tiramisu. Chef Joseph is definitely very knowledgeable, but he also a great teacher, adjusting his pace to the students. Chef Joseph was also very well prepared, some ingredients had to be prepared in advance, he carefully explained how he did that. Lastly, the taste of what we prepared together was just amazing, it was definitely beyond and above our expectations ! We cook a lot at home, so will add these recipes to our book. Thanks Chef, hope to get more classes with you once the lockdown is over !
