During this private chef experience, Chef Jacques will prepare a meal that features steakhouse classics with a modern twist. Begin with prime steak tartare seasoned with fresh herbs, and a classic wedge salad with creamy blue cheese dressing. For the main course, you’ll enjoy a juicy ribeye steak served with a red wine reduction and grilled asparagus followed by a rich chocolate lava cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The cooking class with Chef Jacques was absolute delight. The combination of the zesty lemon, the velvety bГ©chamel sauce, and the perfectly cooked salmon was a match made in culinary heaven.
