What You’ll Do

Prepare a four-course Italian meal using time-tested techniques.

Go beyond the ordinary pasta night menu in this cooking class on essential Italian recipes. You'll join Chef Burcu as she shares tips for creating a delicious meal that will transform you kitchen to true Italian trattoria.

Start with eggplant rolls filled with red bell peppers, cheese and basil. Next is a creamy tomato soup that highlight the ripe flavors of sun-kissed tomatoes. Slice vegetables and toss arugula with spinach into a salad topped with pomegranate vinaigrette for a refreshing and elegant side dish. Prepare fettuccine pasta from scratch and mix in Parmesan cheese, cream and garlic into a classic Alfredo sauce. Dessert is an authentic tiramisu with lady finger biscuits and creamy mascarpone.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The meal was very good. It was nice to see the demonstration when preparing the meal as well as relaxing. The kitchen was left clean and she even let one of the kids help out at making the gnocchi. I would definitely recommend.

Wow what an incredible meal! We have leftovers to enjoy today too. As the other reviews said best baklava ever, home made and fresh fresh fresh. The food and service was impeccable. This wonderful lady is going places and I can't wait to see what she does in the future. We'll definitely be trying out her classes, which is not something I was interested in before.
