Learn new tips and tricks in the kitchen while cooking a decadent four-course menu. Start with chilled summer rolls with marinated carrots and napa cabbage. Then, craft chicken wontons seasoned with Sichuan pepper and bulldog sauce. Next, move on to savory and umami chili garlic Singaporean noodles. End the class with sweet and refreshing mango sago ice cream with raisins.
