What You’ll Do

Get hands-on in an Italian kitchen, preparing an array of vegetarian-focused dishes.

Master techniques used across Italy for perfect handmade pasta and savory accompaniments guided by Chef Ekta. In this cooking class, you'll get a chance to knead, roll and flavor all your pasta creations with vegetarian-friendly options.

Get comfortable in the kitchen by mixing a classic Italian salad to start: Panzanella with bread and tomatoes. Next, use your homemade pasta dough to make, stuff and seal ravioli with ricotta and spinach and a butter-sage sauce, and craft fettuccine to serve in homemade sauce. For dessert, creamy panna cotta with fruit compote.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My friend and I had an amazing time at the homemade pasta cooking class! The 3-hour session flew by as we learned to make delicious vegetarian pasta dishes from scratch. Chef Ekta was knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience both educational and fun. The recipes were easy to follow, and the end results were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to enjoy a fun and tasty cooking experience with friends.
