What You’ll Do

Master the simplicity of fresh ingredients prepared carefully for a classic Mediterranean meal.

Bring the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean to your dinner table as you master techniques taught by Chef Jordi in this hands-on cooking class.

First you'll mix, form and lightly fry falafel to go with a tabbouleh salad with fresh tomatoes and mint. Marinate chicken in yogurt before grilling it on a skewer and knead pita dough for a hearty side to soak up the juices. Give potatoes a light flavor with tangy lemon zest before a sweet labor of love: Baklava, hand layered with nuts and honey and a side of ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jordi hosted an awesome class! He is very knowledgeable on Vietnamese food and cooking in general. Learned lots of great tips from him. The meal we made was delicious!
