Cooking Class - Authentic Vietnamese Street Food

What You’ll Do

Become your very own Asian street food vendor with an array of traditional dishes.

Equip yourself to create spectacular and authentic Asian street food in this cooking class with Chef Jordi, as you pick up kitchen techniques of culinary masters.

Start by wrapping fresh shrimp and rice noodles in rice paper and stirring up a creamy peanut sauce for dipping. Next, season and cook lemongrass chicken to accompany vermicelli noodles and fish sauce with a side of nước chấm and a fresh salad. For dessert, Chef Jordi will teach you how to expertly roll and craft sesame balls with sweet corn pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jordi hosted an awesome class! He is very knowledgeable on Vietnamese food and cooking in general. Learned lots of great tips from him. The meal we made was delicious!
