Butterfly a chicken breast and bread and fry it to perfection before topping it with sauce and cheese to be enjoyed with fancy yet approachable fondant potatoes. Chef Jordi hosted an awesome class! He is very knowledgeable on Vietnamese food and cooking in general. Learned lots of great tips from him. The meal we made was delicious!
