Start by creating spiced leek and lentil soup, seasoned with robust Indian spices. Then, prepare lamb chops topped with spiced strawberry purГ©e and served with fried potatoes before cooking up a sirloin steak with Tellicherry pepper sauce, rice and roti. For dessert, craft a creamy rice pudding that celebrates the sweet traditions of both cultures.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rahul was awesome! The meal he prepared was delicious and he was able to accommodate our requested menu adjustments. Overall, a really fun evening. Highlight was his incredible fish sauce! Thank you, Chef Rahul!!
