This Asian-inspired menu will leave you feeling just as good as the food tastes! In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Laurianne teaches you how to use great ingredients and precise preparation to create bold, satisfying flavors.

Start the class by preparing a healthy and colorful Mandarin ramen noodle coleslaw salad packed with antioxidants. Then, stuff, roll and cook your own spiced pork spring rolls before crafting a dynamic and hearty shrimp baby bok choy noodle soup for your entrГ©e. For dessert, whip up a sweet and fluffy batch of Hong Kong-style egg tarts.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

After being employed as a freelance chef for catering companies, she opened her own successful catering business that she operated for almost 20 years. Her experience in catering has given her the knowledge to master a vast repertoire of cuisines, and helped refine her cooking techniques—all of which she is eager to share with guests.

My boyfriend and I throughly enjoyed our evening spent with Laurianne! Our food was super delicious thanks to her guidance. We loved the experience and will definitely be back.
