In this hands-on cooking class, you'll discover a range of dishes inspired by northern and southern Indian cuisine as you build depth of flavor with traditional Indian spices and utilize classic techniques of Indian cooking.

For a meal full of flavor and texture, create a chicken mulligatawny soup and crispy onion bhaji to start. Learn how to make creamy butter chicken with naan and jeera rice for a vibrant and hearty main course, followed by a sweet and creamy vermicelli kheer, a traditional dessert found across India.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
