When it comes to flavor, Southern cooking boasts an impressive variety, as you'll learn from Chef Anthony in this interactive class. Drawing inspiration from the region's rolling hills and coastline, this class captures both the diverse range and unique ingredients of Southern cuisine.

You'll begin the three-course class by cooking spicy mussels paired with delectable chorizo, then moved onto braised beef cheeks with sweet-but-tart tamarind. Your land and sea meal concludes with a comforting apple tarte tatin prepared with brown sugar and butter.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anthony's classes have a warm atmosphere to them brought on by his character. He has worked at some of the best restaurants in the city and has learned his chef skills from the ground up. Chef Anthony's passion for food is deep and natural which provides a great learning experience.
