My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai cooking class with Chef Tim. He has a deep level of culinary expertise and has truly proved to be an award winning Chef. Chef Tim was patient, informative and made the whole cooking experience enjoyable & memorable. He encouraged us to practice what we learnt. Which we will!! I particularly enjoyed being taught how to make Rice Paper Spring Rolls and with Chef Timâ€™s expertise & guidance I was impressed with the end result. The food was, â€œA flavour explosion!â€ I would highly recommend this class and it most definitely is value for money. Thank you Chef Tim, youâ€™re an outstanding Chef.
