Gourmet Chef Tim, who has a strong passion for Asian cuisine, was the founder and executive chef of an independent restaurant that received three awards over a four year period. He takes pride in everything he does and creates, including when offering his culinary services as a freelance head chef in various high-end premium kitchens across London. Whether it’s Asian fare, British classics, Indian street food or Caribbean flavors, Chef Tim will create delicious food everyone can enjoy!

My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai cooking class with Chef Tim. He has a deep level of culinary expertise and has truly proved to be an award winning Chef. Chef Tim was patient, informative and made the whole cooking experience enjoyable & memorable. He encouraged us to practice what we learnt. Which we will!! I particularly enjoyed being taught how to make Rice Paper Spring Rolls and with Chef Tim’s expertise & guidance I was impressed with the end result. The food was, “A flavour explosion!” I would highly recommend this class and it most definitely is value for money. Thank you Chef Tim, you’re an outstanding Chef.
