It was a great class. David was a great chef. I enjoyed every aspect of the class and would recommend it. We made pizza, ravioli, and gelato. Looking forward to doing it again one day.

My partner and I were lucky enough to have Chef Marco teach our cooking class in Rome in October, which was at the beginning of our two-week vacation in Europe. We were two of eight people in the class, providing us an incredible opportunity to learn from an expert chef, bond with other people in the course, and make some lifelong memories. Marco was an outstanding teacher, walking us through the ingredients and methods to make a delicious meal of gnocchi, pumpkin ravioli with parmesan, butter, and sage, and tiramisu. We had such a wonderful time that we're still talking about the class and feel like it was the highlight of the trip. Marco even gave us a recommendation for a pizzeria in Naples, where we were headed a few days later, and it was by far the best pizza we had during our visit. Bonus: the kitchen is steps away from the Colosseum so we were treated to a spectacularly lit scene when we left this amazing cooking experience. It was such a special night and we highly recommend Chef Marco and his classes as a way to make lifelong memories in Rome.

I can't believe that I haven't done this earlier! I thought I've tasted real pasta and pizza in Rome, but I was so wrong. The real thing is here and I cannot tell you enough of Tiramisu!

This cooking experience was absolutely exceptional! We made ravioli, pesto and tiramisu - and every single step was a true delight. Mixing the ingredients for the pesto by hand was incredibly satisfying the fresh aroma of basil and garlic filled the air, making us feel like real Italian chefs! Then, shaping our own homemade pasta, stretching it, cutting it and carefully filling each ravioli was just magical. To top it all off, layering the biscuits and cream for the tiramisu was a deliciously indulgent moment. An authentic and enriching activity that I highly recommend to all Italian cuisine lovers!

This experience was simply unforgettable! We took part in the pizza, supplÃ¬ and gelato workshop at the brand-new studio in Piazza Mattei and everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you to Chef Marco for his professionalism, sense of humor and contagious passion. This is a must-do activity for anyone who wants to discover authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere!

The venue was amazing. Very new and luxurious and the entire process is organized at very high level. We cooked and ate most typical Roman/Italian dishes, drunk great wine and had lots of fun. Highly recommended!

The pizza-making class exceeded my expectations! The dough preparation was so satisfying, and the Chef Marco shared great tips on how to achieve the perfect crust. I loved being able to customize my pizza with fresh toppings. It was the best pizza Iâ€™ve ever tasted! Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn a new skill while having a great time.

We celebrated our 1-year anniversary with a private pasta-making class for ravioli and gelato, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The setting near the Colosseum was incredibly romantic, making it the perfect backdrop for our special day. Our chef was exceptional very accommodating and tailored the class to our requests, ensuring that we had a fully customizable experience. We enjoyed learning to make ravioli from scratch, and the gelato was the cherry on top! If you're looking for a unique way to celebrate a special occasion in Rome, we highly recommend this personalized cooking class!

Marco was an amazing instructor. The ingredients were all very high quality and the class was small. The wine was flowing and everyone had a great time. I lived in Rome for two years and had my doubts about a class this close to the Colosseo but this was fantastic and Iâ€™d recommend it to anyone.
