Fun to do for lunch with friends in a easygoing environment. Were plenty of food and wine to share. The lesson part was easy and very informative.
Special mention for the tiramisu! Wow!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Bologna from London in February and wanted to do a cooking class, and thankfully we stumbled upon this one with Chef Fred! What an AMAZING class this was - we learnt so much about pasta, especially tortellini which we’ve now made at home multiple times since being back. The mixture of sauces, pasta styles and a dessert was great. There was such variety and so much to learn. Chef Fred was an excellent teacher who got everyone involved, making sure no one was left out. He guided us through each step carefully and sent us the recipes after which was so helpful. It was so authentic to have done this experience at Fred’s flat, one that has been so memorable. We would recommend this experience to absolutely EVERYONE!!! Thank you so much Chef Fred, we hope to be back one day!!

Fred was absolutely brilliant, so welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our cooking class, it was very authentic and Fred went above and beyond to make our activity special. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a cooking class. Fred shared lots of knowledge and tips about Bologna, and the tiramisu was the best we ever tasted! Thank you Fred!
