What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare a hearty, vegetarian meal inspired by classic Italian cooking with Chef Massimo.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Massimo will guide you as you practice a wide range of kitchen skills to create a colorful, vegetarian meal.

Begin by preparing a light, herbaceous appetizer of marinated, shaved zucchini with mozzarella, basil and mint. Next, roll out fresh sheets of homemade pasta to layer a hearty vegetable lasagna with soft cheese, bright fennel, butternut squash and peas. For a crunchy contrast, you will deep fry crisp, beer-battered asparagus. Finish the meal by crafting a creamy chocolate and almond brittle parfait.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
