To start, fry marinated anchovies to serve with orange fennel cream and buffalo mozzarella. Learn to make a perfectly cooked creamy risotto with fresh tomatoes and herby basil pesto. Chef Anton will teach you how to roast sea bream and whip up a refreshing mint sauce. You'll also turn dough into a crunchy cannoli filled with fluffy ricotta and delightful fresh fruit.
