This hands-on cooking class will teach you all the skills you need to make an impressive Italian meal at home. Chef Anton will help you prepare each dish with easy-to-follow instructions.

Begin with marinated scampi served with fruity blueberry juice and fluffy burrata mousse, and craft fresh cappelletti pasta filled with rich ricotta and topped with luxurious prawn sauce. You’ll also learn how to prepare monkfish infused with herby rosemary served with tangy sweet and sour radicchio. For dessert, whip up a fluffy chocolate savarese topped with fruity sauce and dusted with crunchy hazelnuts.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
