Attended their wood-fire pizza-making workshop last night. It was AMAZING. Karine and James explained the whole process we’d undertake, and taught us to create for probably the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. Along with the great company, and amazing food, seeing how excited Karine and James were to go through every detail certainly put the night over the top. Unforgettable.

If you're interested in learning all about wood-fired pizza making, Karine and James provide a friendly, vegetarian approach. I truly enjoyed meeting other workshop participants and tasting the results of our efforts was delightful!

Their wood fired pizza was incredible! I love the tartness of the pizza sauce, the variety of ingredients available, and the perfect dough thickness. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza!
