With this private chef experience, you can set aside holiday stress and enjoy a festive spread crafted by Chef Charlene. Revel in the flavors of the season while every detail is taken care of just for you.

Select a custom menu featuring vibrant seasonal flavors, starting with a classic soup or innovative butternut squash “fondue.” Then, choose a hearty main course like a vegan turkey roast, stuffed butternut squash or mushroom Wellington. Complete your meal with homemade sides, dinner rolls and a spectacular dessert, making for a delightful holiday celebration.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an incredible time learning how to make three types of vegan pasta from scratch with Charlene. She brought all the ingredients and came prepared with necessary tools. All we needed to have on hand were knives, cutting boards, and pots. Not only was it three hours of fun, but the final products were absolutely delicious. It was so hard to pick a favourite. Would absolutely recommend this class; we are already thinking about having her back to learn some other dishes. I wish I could have rated this experience 10 out of 5!
