Enjoy an elegant meal featuring ingredients from terrain and the ocean.

Four decadent courses await you in this engaging private chef experience. Chef Manjula will use fresh ingredients to craft a meal worthy of the finest restaurants.

You'll begin with a vibrant Chef's salad or a creamy mushroom soup with fresh bread. Enjoy a savory main course of either seared mahi mahi with a pomme purГ©e and tender broccolini or a seared beef tenderloin with honey-glazed carrots and pink peppercorn sauce. A refreshing lemon sorbet will help cleanse your palate. Finish with warm sticky toffee pudding for a decadent dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
