Chef Burcu prepared us a wonderful meal and was kind enough to let us watch and ask questions about the preparations. We had a great time and will certainly be back for more in the future.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Enjoy the flavors of France with this classic French menu.
In this private chef experience, Chef Burcu brings authentic French flavors to your dining table through several skillfully prepared dishes, beginning with an appetizer of vol-au-vent, an elegant bite of puff pastry stuffed with spinach and feta. For the main dish, the chef will serve volaille fermière cuisinée en cocotte, a dish of tender chicken stuffed with provolone cheese and vegetables. On the side, enjoy a green salad with sour cream sauce and savory rice with mushrooms. Dessert is refreshing frozen white chocolate nougat with raspberries, almonds and pistachios.

Chef Burcu was super friendly and willing to explain course preparation in detail. Of course, the dishes were awesome and tasted as good as they looked. I would recommend Chef Burcu to everyone.

I booked cozymeal and Chef Burcu as a gift for my mothers 80th birthday. The food was Michelin star class and the presentation was superb. A wonderful evening. Thanks again.

Booked the class Feast of Elegant Parisian Flavors with Chef Burcu in Ottawa
We had the best experience with Chef Burcu last evening in the kitchen of her lovely cafe. For our first cooking class ever, she was patient and guided us through every step of the Parisian meal. She answered our questions and knew a great deal about food. She was very personable and friendly and even offered for us to bring extra food home after our meal. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - through hands-on cooking, demonstration and enjoying the meal afterwards. Thank you for an excellent class, we will certainly book with her again!
