With the esteemed Chef Shovan leading the way, you'll create an authentic Southeast Asian feast, complete with dishes like Vietnamese rice paper rolls and Gochujang grilled chicken with kimchi fried rice. You'll also prepare Haemul Pajeon, a Korean savory pancake dish with a satisfying kick of heat. For dessert, you'll craft the perfect mango sticky rice pudding, which will serve as a fresh conclusion to your Southeast Asian meal.
