Discover the secrets of bringing Italian recipes to life in this hands-on cooking class where comfort is a key ingredient. Chef Jeffrey is ready in the kitchen to show you how to prepare a menu of classic and modern dishes from scratch.

In this course, you'll slice and arrange a hearty antipasto using authentic Italian cold cuts and cheeses. Then, create homemade dough for a calzone brimming with tomato sauce and savory fillings, and prepare a contemporary pickled beet and watermelon salad topped with creamy goat cheese. For dessert, assemble mini tiramisu in personal-sized dishes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He has been working in and overseeing kitchens since 2005, and was a flourishing private chef in the Cayman Islands before returning to Canada to launch a private chef and catering company. Chef Jeffrey, who leads culinary seminars and competitions, can't wait to inspire others with his innovative cuisine.

Chef Jeffrey was absolutely fantastic. Very responsive even before the class, and did everything to make our night as special as possible. Will absolutely be booking with him again in the future.

This was my second Cozymeal experience and it was just as great as the last. Chef Jeffrey was a great chef to watch and learn from during our dinner experience with my mom and brothers. Coordinating the event with him was fast easy, and he showed up on time and well prepared. He was very knowledgeable and open to any questions on his techniques or cooking tips, and the food was delicious. We would definitely book him again in the future and recommend him to others.
